i've been reading the manga since the first chapter came out, and it never tells that obito is possesed by madara.

there are plenty of proofs that he can't be obito.

and the argument that they have the same hair:

and also, the hair of the uchiha looks similar.
even the father of sasuke could be tobi.
and pain can't be the kid of minato, cause pain is older then minato.
pain was jirayas student before he was the teacher of minato.
