Twilight ponynapping the mane 6, cutting off their skin. Making fake ponies of them to be better फ्रेंड्स after they had a bad fight. Then using the new mane 6 to every night kill a टट्टू (in a gorey way) from Ponyville and so on.

Do a black humor story. Sombras लॉस्ट episode. I have so many ideas, but no plot

Well, आप could always write a story based on "Luna Game" या a sequel या prequel to "The Story of the Blanks."

Twilight could be interesting. I can see her going insane like in Lesson Zero, only this time X10.
या maybe Fluttershy, it could have something to do with her animals.
