I chose Fa Zhou because, even though she does many "dishonorable" things, Fa Zhou still encourages her and still loves her. Yes, he may be harsh, but I think that is mainly because Mulan will have no future if she can't learn to do what is expected. And in the end, he showed that Mulan was more important to him than honor.
