for one: आप are a true fan! Don't put yourself down like that. आप realize that there are thousands of people that became a प्रशंसक of Michael after he left us.
It's not bad to start liking an artist after they had died. There's nothing wrong with that.
Please don't feel bad, Michael dosen't want to see anyone feeling like this. आप are a true fan.
If आप प्यार him, like we all do, no matter what weather it was his looks, his music, what he did to changer this world, या what kind of person he was, आप are a true fan, don't let anyone tell आप different. Don't tell me आप can't look at this wonderful man, and say your not a true fan.

Healtheworld65. Honey I been a प्रशंसक since I was 11 years old, now I'm 38. There were moments in my life that I had a though in my mind of his strange life style. But I did my research on his life and pay close attention to the lyrics of his music,he rote संगीत from his heart,talented singers do that, they put their true filling in their work,and that was it! for me. When he Died I din't even cry! I don't know why, at the memorial I din't cry!, that din't make me a bad fan,I find out I am stronger than I though I was. I still can't cry over knowing that his dead, that doesn't mean that I don't प्यार him, I always will, I'm broken hearted yes!! it hurts sometimes when I remember that his gone. Believe me आप are not a bad fan, आप प्यार him and प्यार can't be a bad thing. Be strong follow only the truth and most of all follow your hearth!! take care darling! ok

Don't feel bad because आप did'nt know who Michael Jackson was befor i mean their are alot of people of who did'nt know who he was befor eaither but now they प्यार him.so why beat your self up about not knowing who he was या not being his प्रशंसक befor he died because it does'nt matter if आप knew who he was then या now because all that really matters is that आप know who he is now,your his fan,and आप प्यार him.so don't feel bad about not knowing who he was befor just be happy that आप know who he is now and आप प्यार him.

yeah I feel guilty too I mean i've been a प्रशंसक of him =( since I was little and seriously I feel bad cuz I didn't know about his comeback tour b4 he died =(.
and I simply forgot about him cuz of my education was in the way but when he died I had a bad feeling in my stomach and when I saw his संगीत vids when they did a tribute to him all memories flash back to me.
I even wanna cry at his memorial but I didnt but when I ask mum if I can get a cd of his thats when the tears came out =(.
and now im और obsessed with him than ever but still I feel guilty :(.
I blame my mum though I mean she loves his संगीत but not him =(.
I mean I प्यार him and his संगीत all together I just feel guilty cuz MJ is all I have in my mind now.
Im even starting to have alot of dreams about him and i just feel guilty to not knowing him alot.

I know exactly how आप feel. The same thing happened to me. I didnt become a die hard प्रशंसक until his death, but when आप become a प्रशंसक doesnt matter as long as आप understand him now. :)

Its ok आप are not alone. I was the same, like when Michael was alive I had no clue who he was until he had to go. When I heard his संगीत I loved it so much. I प्यार Michael Jackson. आप are a true MJ fan. Dont say your not a true Michael प्रशंसक because आप are, I felt guily at first but I got over it. It doesnt matter when आप started liking him. आप are an MJ fan=)

We're living the same life, healtheworld65. It is like literally the exact same way for me. Then one दिन my mom played a cd and thought he was pretty cool. I just felt horrible and still do sometimes that i never got to be a प्रशंसक of him when he was alive. Anyway my सलाह to आप is to just TRY to get through it. There really isn't nothing for आप to do to stop the pain, that'll always be there. but sometimes the feeling eases every now and then. आप just have to know that he's with you. that's how i get through every day. i know it seems impossible that you'll ever get through this, but just remember that one दिन आप and MJ will meet. know that there's light at the end of the tunnel. know that happines is on its way. i actually get excited when i think about the दिन we meet. so til then just keep listening to the music, watch the वीडियो and learn the moves. and btw आप ARE SO A TRUE FAN!!! don't listen to anyone who says otherwise!!!!
and another thing, look out for him on June 25, he might come around to all of us true प्रशंसकों :)

Not many people realise what a kind,senstive,loving man he was...you just have to be able to see things in his point of view to understand him. Your doing very well and आप are a TRUE fan.
No-one could say anything bad about you,your a gift from God. Going back in time doesn't help always,just remember what counts is now,your living now. Just remember your a Mj प्रशंसक and your all of our friends:)

Your story is simillier to mine: before Mj's death I didn't know who he is, when I heard he died i felt weird. it was shocking and i could'nt believe it. since the दिन of his death i started प्यार him, and few monthes पूर्व I did a biography project about him. now he is the world to me, i won't g oa दिन without listenong to his songs and thinking about him.

and my सलाह for आप is: it's realy doesn't metter if आप became a प्रशंसक of him before या after his death, don't listen to people who think you'r not a real fan. because आप are! just like me :)
