I think the blonde hair makes her more 'protagonist'-like.

And I the manga they have a reason why she haves blonde hair and blue eyes: She will be the next Aqua Regina.

Yes, because the others mermaid princess have the same color of eyes and hair. I think it will be right.

Maybe..even though the other Mermaid princesses have the same color hair & eyes it's what makes Lucia-chan different from the other characters and having the same color hair and eyes would her the same as the others and that obviously would take away what makes her special but again it was an interesting thought.

All the other mermaid's have same hair and eye colour so luchia should also have but yellow hair and blue eye's look prettier on her

I think blonde suits her better
