I just finished Lake House and the एंजल Experiment. Same Maximum Ride but quite the gap in what happened to some characters/some new, some gone between books... What am I missing?

The Lake House and the एंजल Experiment are actually from two different series. The एंजल Experiment is the first book in the Maximum Ride series, but the Lake House is a separate book. Some characters have the same names/similarities, but they are different and the stories are different too. Hope this helps! :)

आप have read from two different books. Lake House is not in the Maximum Ride Series. The अगला book in the Max Ride series is School's out - Forever. Hope this helps.
