HOW?!

Two years ago, I thought of a new मांगा idea. But as much as I practice drawing her over and over, my main character just doesn't come out right. Not only that, but my ability to draw characters in any position is very limited, shading is hard to do with a pencil, and I can't draw a freaking panel right! What am I doing wrong?
