I say Slytherin because Kurt can be devious and sneaky.

Gryffindor, because Gryffindor is about bravery and he has the bravery to be himself no matter what the world says. Defiantly not Slytherin because he is in NOT a bad person. He's done some bad things, but he always feels horrible about it afterwards. He is ambitious but he also supports his friends as shown in many episodes, such as The Purple Piano Project when he says he will not let Rachel give up on getting into NYADA, assuring her that she will get into the school.

Although he is really smart (he knows French and the sign language alphabet and he didn't consider himself challenged at McKinley) so maybe Ravenclaw.
