आप let your eyes trail over every single clothing item in the closet. When आप can’t find anything, आप let out a frustrated huff and sit down on the bed. Staring into the empty air, आप let your thoughts wander and that is exactly how Justin finds आप ten मिनटों later. Sitting on the bed, wearing nothing but underwear. You’re brought out of your own little world when he starts to talk.

“Babe, what are आप doing? Why aren’t आप dressed yet?” Justin asks and even though he tries his best to hide it, आप can still hear the slight frantic undertone in his voice.

“I-I… I don’t think I’m going, Justin.” आप mumble, suddenly feeling overly exposed. Slowly, आप लपेटें your arms around yourself as some sort of attempt to cover up.

“What-why? I thought आप wanted to tonight? You’ve been talking about it all week,” Justin protests quietly, raising an eyebrow. “What’s wrong?”

“I just don’t feel too good, that’s all. Might have caught something.” The excuse comes out of your mouth shakily and quiet, the lack of confident is obvious. Both of आप know that.

“Hey, hey. Hush now. I don’t want those words to come out of your mouth again, okay? You’re beautiful.” Justin cuts आप off, a small smile on his lips.

“No, Justin! I’m not beautiful nor will I ever be. Can’t आप see that? You’re too good for me.”

Justin’s hazel eyes widen and he strides across the room until he’s standing in front of you. He raises his eyebrow again, as if to dare आप to repeat it again. Justin confirms this when he opens his mouth, “What did आप just say?”

“I कहा that you’re too good for me.” आप mumble, admitting it right away. It is better than to pretend it didn’t come out of your mouth.

His eyes blaze for a सेकंड and आप scoot back a few inches, suddenly afraid of how he would react. Is he mad?

“I don’t want to hear those fucking words ever again. I’ll never be too good for you. And why the hell can’t आप just say thank आप when I call आप beautiful? Is it that damn hard?”

Justin’s voice is noticeably louder now and आप whimper quietly. Never had this crossed your mind as a possible outcome when आप would tell Justin आप weren’t going. He is usually so caring and understanding when it comes to these kind of things.

“It is hard! Because I don’t see myself as a beautiful girl, Justin. Every day, I’ll see pictures of आप with प्रशंसकों and all I can think about is how beautiful those girls are. I can’t help it. It’s just how my mind works!”

You’re on the verge of tears now and it is noticeable from your voice. Justin’s face softens at this, but there is still a look of determination in his eyes that makes आप slightly curious. He sighs quietly, feeling conflicted.

Before आप can decide on either of the two choices आप ended up with, Justin has tackled आप down in the bed. He straddles आप and suddenly his fingers ghost over your sides, a mischievous grin on his lips.

आप squeal, trying to wriggle your way out of his strong hold, but there is no use. Giggle after giggle escapes आप and it doesn’t take long until you’re struggling for air. Trying to talk is practically impossible, but आप need Justin to stop.

“S-stop! It tickles!” आप barely get it out, but Justin hears it and it causes him to smirk.

“Say it. I want आप to say it, okay? Tell me that you’re beautiful and I’ll let आप go. It’s not that hard. C'mon.” Justin smirks, knowing that आप have reached your own conflict. आप pout to yourself, shaking your head.

“Then I’m not gonna stop.” He shrugs innocently as he continues his पूर्व task.

Justin places his index finger under your chin, gently pulling it upwards. “Look in the mirror.”

When आप do, आप meet his soft smile in the clear frame as he stands behind you, resting his head on your shoulder. A small, unsure smile tugs at your lips as आप meet his gaze in the mirror.

“Do आप see those eyes, Y/N? They’re beautiful. I could get लॉस्ट in them every सेकंड of every day. There’s nothing wrong with your hair. I प्यार it when it’s messy because it shows me that आप aren’t afraid to be yourself around me,” Justin pauses, licking his lip.

“And I hate it when आप complain about your body. You’re perfect to me, okay? I wouldn’t care if आप have long या short legs या if you’re not stick thin. “I-I…” आप trail of, swallowing hard. Are आप really going to do this?

“C'mon, baby. आप can say it. I wanna hear आप say it.” Justin encourages softly, placing a piece of hair behind your ear.

“I… I’m beautiful.” आप stutter, studying yourself in the mirror. “I’m beautiful.”

“There आप go! आप कहा it,” Justin mumbles against your skin, taking आप into his arms. “I’m so proud of you, baby.” He says excitedly while twirling around on the floor with आप in his arms.

“Now, let’s get your fabulous body dressed so we can go to that award show!”
