I hate that stupid ponytail but the rest yes

Sort of. They were trying to be historically accurate. Because it's a Sci-Fi retelling of Treasure Island, they wanted to give it a colonial vibe. They attempted a more "modern" ponytail to try to mix the update and the original. It mostly failed, but I don't hate it.

It don't hate it but I don't like it either. It's a mild dislike I think.

I like it. Its a part of him and when it was cut off in the end I was really upset.

I loved his hair! Both when he was fifteen and when he was older (eighteen, I think.)
