Robert and Olivia stepped into Hugh’s house. ‘So, do आप have any idea were Hugh’s bedroom is?’, Olivia asked. Robert closed the front door behind them. ‘Ehm, Hugh gave me a tour once, I don’t remember exactly but it is certainly upstairs.’ When they had both gotten upstairs they decided Olivia was going to look for Hugh’s bedroom and collect some of his clothes while Robert would try to find the bathroom and put some toiletries in a bag. Hugh’s bathroom appeared to be connected to his bedroom. Olivia was now rummaging through Hugh’s closet. She pulled some t-shirts and pants out and searched for a bag to put it all in. She opened the bag to put the clothes in it, but a small sort of lunchbox was in it. She pulled the lunchbox out and opened it while hoping she wouldn’t find rotten खाना in it. ‘O MY GOD!’, she nearly fainted when she saw the contents of the box. Robert heard Olivia scream and quickly made his way to the bedroom, ‘What is it? Is something wrong?’. Olivia was now sitting on the बिस्तर looking at what appeared to be photographs. Robert sat down अगला to her and stared at the collection. All of the चित्रो were either of Hugh या Lisa या of them together. ‘They look so happy…’, Olivia whispered afraid she was committing a crime. Robert nodded, they looked extremely happy in every single picture. Olivia gave half of the चित्रो to Robert and they both stared to wander through them again. Robert found it a little bit weird that Olivia didn’t ask anything about Hugh and Lisa having an affair, but he was also happy that he didn’t have to betray his फ्रेंड्स trust just yet.

There were pictures of Lisa and Hugh cuddling in a swimming pool, most likely Hugh’s pool, of Lisa making some sexy poses in her bikini, of them lying on the सोफ़ा, सोफे together… ‘What the hell are they doing in this picture?’, Robert asked. In the picture Lisa was sitting on the रसोई, रसोईघर counter with bare legs laughing very hard while Hugh made a goofy face at the other side of the picture, he had apparently taken the picture because his head was the only thing on it. They were both covered in flour. ‘I guess they were baking something… is that HIS SHIRT?!’, Olivia कहा pointing at the कमीज, शर्ट Lisa was wearing. ‘I-I think it is...’, Robert stuttered, ‘but ehm, I guess we should put these pictures were आप found them. It’s really not our business.’ Robert got of the बिस्तर and walked to the bathroom to finish packing toiletries. Olivia was still flipping through the photos. ‘O my god, he even has a picture of her naked!’, she yelled. Robert came running back from the bathroom and quickly pulled the picture out of Olivia’s hands. ‘Got you!’, Olivia laughed. Robert’s face fell. It was a headshot of Lisa without make-up. ‘You want to see Lisa naked!’, Olivia कहा still laughing. Robert blushed ‘I-I think we should get going… Have आप already packed his clothes?’. Olivia smiled, ‘Yes, I just had to put them in the bag. If आप do that then I’ll put the चित्रो away. I was just thinking, maybe we should bring a few of these to Hugh…’. ‘I don’t know if that’s a good idea, what if we lose one of them and somebody finds it?’, Robert replied. ‘So we won’t take the one of them kissing, maybe just a picture of her…’, Olivia said. ‘I still don’t think it’s a good idea, besides Hugh probably has a picture of her with him already… There was one of them kissing?!’, Robert asked unbelievingly. Olivia nodded, ‘Yeah, but they are not swallowing each other या anything, just lips touching.’ Robert started to pack the overnight bag, while Olivia put the चित्रो away. One house done, one to go…

Omar, Jesse, Jennifer, David and Katie were still sitting in the lounge of the studio, Peter had gone home. David had ordered some खाना but nobody really felt like eating. ‘Don’t आप think somebody should have called us yet?’, Jennifer asked getting और nervous every second. ‘I don’t know… It’s probably taking them a long time…’, Omar responded. Jesse and Katie nodded. ‘I just wish we could do something, I feel so useless.’, Jennifer sighed. ‘Me too.’, Katie कहा sadly. David was staring at the floor. They all watched him for a moment. ‘Aren’t आप going to say anything?’, Jesse asked. David looked up, ‘It… I…He loves her…’, he कहा almost inaudible. ‘What? Who?’, Jesse कहा clearly not understanding David’s reaction. The others just stared at David. ‘Hugh and Lisa…’, David replied. Shock was now all over Jesse’s face as the realization hit him.

Olivia opened Lisa’s front door, ‘I can’t believe he has a key.’ Robert nodded and walked into the house, here we go. ‘Did आप know they were having this, this… आप know?’, Olivia asked while walking upstairs to Lisa’s bedroom. ‘Love for swimming? No, but what do आप know! Some people actually like water!’, Robert कहा dryly trying to not discuss Hugh and Lisa’s relationship too much as he didn’t really know what was going on between them himself. ‘O come on! There is something going on between them!’, she asked. ‘I-I, they are just really good फ्रेंड्स I guess.’, Robert said. ‘Those pictures, that is और than good friends.’, Olivia said. ‘Like I कहा REALLY good friends.’, Robert replied while entering Lisa’s bedroom. He opened her walk-in closet and stared at it for a moment, ‘Maybe आप should pack Lisa’s bag entirely, I have no idea what to put into it…’ Olivia smiled walked into the closet and, started to get some of Lisa’s casual clothes and underwear, ‘Maybe आप could go find an overnight bag to put in all of this stuff.’ Robert nodded and went back into the bedroom to खोजिए for an overnight bag. He looked around the room and saw a bag placed अगला to the डेस्क in her bedroom. The डेस्क was crowded with paper and although Robert promised himself he wouldn’t look at the papers, his curiosity got the best of him. He picked one up and saw it was a letter to Hugh, a प्यार letter to be exact. Then he looked at the other ones, it where all प्यार letters, all from different dates but apparently she had never sent them. He could hit himself in the head, why hadn’t he ever seen just how attracted these two were to each other? That it wasn’t just a good and flirty friendship, but a deep प्यार they both carried in their hearts for the other. Olivia walked into the bedroom and put the clothes on the bed, ‘Do आप have that bag yet? I’m going to the bathroom to collect her toiletries.’ She looked up at him, ‘What are आप doing?’ ‘O, nothing I was just putting this back on the desk, I must have brushed द्वारा it when I tried to get the bag.’, he quickly put the letters back on her डेस्क grabbed the bag and started packing the clothes Olivia had put on the bed, while Olivia got into the bathroom to collect Lisa’s toiletries…

Hugh was still sitting in the waiting room, it was already 7.13pm and nobody had come to tell him about Lisa’s condition. Fifteen मिनटों later a woman in a green clothes opened the doors. ‘Are आप with miss Edelstein’, she asked politely. Hugh tensed up immediately, ‘Yes, how is she?’. ‘She’s stable. I’m doctor Kaley and I assisted the surgeons. Please come with me so we can talk a bit और privately.’, she said. Hugh walked to the family room with her. And they sat down at the table. ‘You were with her when she fell?’, doctor Kaley asked. ‘Yes, I-I was too late though, I couldn’t get too her soon enough…’, he responded sadly, ‘Please tell me how she is?’ Doctor Kaley gave him a sympathetic look, ‘She has a lot of broken bones, her left leg is fractured in three places, her right one only in one. She has two broken ribs. Her underarms are also both broken. Her left one in four places, her right one in one. Her right hand is okay, but her left isn’t. We assume she protected her face with her left hand, it has a lot of broken bones, it looked crushed when she went into surgery, luckily it wasn’t all crushed, but there are many breaks in it. We’ve been able to reset and reconstruct all of her bones, the legs will be fine and so will her right arm. Her left arm and hand are going to take a longer time to heal, but they should eventually heal completely and she can gain all function back with physiotherapy as none of her joints दिखाना breaks, which is in itself a miracle.’ Hugh had took a few मिनटों to absorb all the information. ‘So, that are the bones. What about the wound on her head? Does she have any other injuries?’, he asked concerned. ‘She has a lot of bruises, but we did several CT’s and an MRI and they didn’t दिखाना any internal bleeding या organ damage. The CT of the brain showed no bleeds and minimal brain swelling which was almost invisible at the CT we just did. Her intracranial pressure was slightly elevated, but never life threatening. It was however the cause of her being unconscious for so long, but it won’t leave any permanent damage. She is currently unconscious because of the anesthesia and the meds we gave her. We suspect a concussion, but we cannot say anything about the severity until she wakes up. But even if it is a very severe concussion that won’t leave any permanent damage and she will heal completely’, dr. Kaley said. Hugh sighed relieved and his eyes started to be watery again, ‘So she’s going to be…’ ‘Although it might take a while, she’s going to be just fine.’, dr. Kaley कहा while reassuringly squeezing his arm. A few tears escaped from Hugh’s eyes, ‘Thank God.’, he whispered.

Hugh was waiting in front of room 451 at the ICU, which dr. Kaley told him Lisa was being brought to after another test that followed the surgery. A few people passed him while looking at him strangely, he was still wearing the सुपरमैन costume, where were Robert and Olivia? Hugh went to the nurses डेस्क and asked if he could call someone. Luckily Robert’s number was really easy to remember so he could call him. Robert and Olivia had just arrived at the hospital and कहा they would come to him immediately. After a few मिनटों he saw them searching for him. He waved and they came to him, both carrying an overnight bag and a concerned facial expression. ‘How is she?’, Olivia asked before Robert had the chance. ‘They say she’s stable, she has lots of broken bones, but no internal bleeding या any damaged organs, she will probably have a severe concussion, but they say that there will be no permanent damage…’, Hugh said. Olivia and Robert relaxed a little. ‘So she’s going to be okay?’, Robert asked. ‘Yes, that’s what they say…’, Hugh said, ‘If आप don’t mind, I am going to change out of this ridiculous outfit before they come and bring Lisa to her room.’ ‘Of course we don’t, we’ll stay here waiting.’, Robert replied. ‘You really don’t have to, आप should go home, both of you, get a good night of sleep. They won’t let आप stay here anyway, they barely let me stay.’, Hugh said. ‘But…’, Robert tried. ‘Please, I know आप want to stay, but I think it would be better for all of us if आप go home. Then at least two of us are rested tomorrow, Lisa’s going to need us and if we aren’t rested we won’t be any use.’, Hugh said. Robert and Olivia nodded. They walked out of the hospital together while Hugh changed into some casual clothes as fast as he could…

He saw Lisa being brought to her room, her बिस्तर pushed द्वारा several nurses. He walked to the room and wanted to go in when a doctor stopped him. ‘What do आप think आप are doing?’, the doctor asked. ‘I-I wanted to see her.’, Hugh कहा not knowing what he was doing wrong. ‘Ha! And who do आप think आप are that आप can just walk into a patients room?!’, the doctor asked. Hugh frowned, was this the only man in the world that didn’t recognize him, didn’t know of him? Not that he liked being recognized द्वारा people all the time, but he got accustomed to it. ‘I am Hugh Lau..’, Hugh started. ‘It doesn’t really matter who आप are, because I can tell आप are not her father nor her brother, which means आप aren’t related to miss Edelstein, which in turn means that आप can’t visit her outside visiting hours.’, the doctor stated. Hugh just stood there with a dumbfounded expression on his face, how could this man even think of saying that?! He had waited for hours to see Lisa get out of surgery and just wanted to see her. ‘I-I… How do आप know I’m not her brother?’, Hugh asked suddenly. ‘Well, look at you! आप don’t look like her! Plus didn’t आप just say your name was something like Hugh Lau? Different last names means आप are certainly not related to her.’, the doctor कहा and was starting to walk away. Hugh skipped angry and went straight to desperate, ‘But we are related! I-I’m her… we’re married!’ The doctor looked at him unbelievingly, ‘You are … married to her?’ ‘Yes…’, Hugh replied, trying to sound sincere. ‘Then how come she doesn’t have your last name? या her file saying she’s single? And why are neither of आप wearing rings?’, the doctor asked. ‘We… आप caught us okay, we’re actors and we, well we just got married a few weeks ago. We didn’t tell anybody yet, not even our family and with the media around it is really difficult… Plus we work together, so आप get the awkwardness. We can’t just go around and wear our rings, our boss would go nuts and आग us immediately! And आप know how hard it is to get a job these days?’, Hugh कहा trying to sound like a dumb B-actor. The doctor was close to believing Hugh’s story but his doubt wasn’t gone completely. Hugh read the man’s face like no other, ‘Plus if I wasn’t her husband, do आप think she would put me as the person to call in case of emergency?’ This took away the doctors doubt and he stepped away from the door to let Hugh in. ‘I’m really sorry Mister Lau, आप can go in an sit with your wife. She’s stable so she should be okay, but if anything goes wrong just push the red emergency button, someone will come to आप immediately. I will check with आप both in the morning.’ Hugh nodded and walked into the room, completely forgetting about the conversation he only had सेकंड्स before when he saw Lisa lying in the hospital bed, while the only sign of life she gave were the graphics on the दिल monitor…

He was sitting in big chair अगला to Lisa. She looked so helpless, both legs in casts as well as her arms. He was so tired but happy that she was going to be, dare he think it, okay… Lots of broken bones, bruises and wounds all over her body, but no internal bleeding या damaged organs. He just hoped that the head trauma wouldn’t leave a lot of damage. He stroke her right hand and placed a few soft kisses on her lips. In response Lisa’s दिल rate got a little faster, he smiled as he saw it on the monitor. After that he closed his eyes and within सेकंड्स he was asleep…

Hugh entered his house, he had just gotten back from the set. He got rid of his जैकेट and walked into the living room. He looked around, this was his living room, but something was different. He couldn’t remember owning some things, but everything still looked really familiar. It was the vibe in the room that had changed, it somehow felt warmer, cozier. It made him smile, it felt right.

Suddenly he heard a noise, which seemed to be coming from one of the rooms further down the hall. He walked in the direction of the noise. When he came closer he could hear it was someone, most likely a woman, sobbing. He opened the door to what he knew as his bedroom and walked in. The bedroom had changed a little seeing as it was now connected to the guestroom अगला to it with an extra door. The door was opened and he saw Lisa sitting on the floor with her back turned to him. What was she doing here?

He felt himself walk closer to her and she turned her head around. Her cheeks were stained with tears, but a relieved smile spread on her face when she saw him. ‘Where were you? I tried to call आप but आप didn’t pick up…’, she said. ‘I’m sorry honey, they made me work late again and I wanted to call आप but my batteries where down and they wouldn’t give me time to find another phone.’, he heard himself say. He looked at the room. It was painted in light रंग and Lisa was sitting between a lot of boxes, which apparently were full of clothes, baby-clothes to be exact…

He looked at Lisa who was staring intensely at him, she had tried to turn around a little and that was when he saw her belly. It was huge, she must have been at least 7 months pregnant. He smiled, he didn’t exactly know why because his brain was shocked with this information. It was like his body knew what was going on but his mind didn’t.

‘I’m glad you’re back, I missed आप so much…’, she said. She was sobbing again and reaching her arms up to him. ‘O honey, I missed आप too.’, he कहा while pulling her of the ground into his arms. ‘I-I was going through.. the boxes… and.. then I-I… the baby started kicking a lot… and I was so tired and I-I couldn’t get up anymore…’, she sobbed into his chest. He closed his arms tighter around her and softly stroke her back and through her hair. They just stood there for a few minutes, enjoying their embrace. He felt the baby kick between them and the feeling of pure happiness was rocking through his spine.

She had stopped sobbing and was now looking up at him with her big grey-blue eyes. He kissed her passionately to which she responded with even और passion. The need for air broke them apart.

‘Why were आप opening those boxes anyway? I thought we were going to do that together? … आप didn’t lift them here yourself did you?’, he asked concerned. ‘Jen came over this morning, she had the दिन off, she lifted the boxes here.’, she answered. He smiled relieved and then looked at her questioningly, he hadn’t gotten an answer to the other सवालों yet. She blushed, ‘I-I’m sorry… I just wanted to see what was all in there… आप were really cute when आप were a baby…’. He placed a gentle किस on her lips and then looked at her questioningly once again, ‘I thought there were just some of my old baby clothes in the boxes my sister gave you?’. ‘Well there are…, but there are also some pictures of आप as a baby. There’s even one with आप and your mom… She’s looking at आप with this loving smile…I wanted to give it to you, I-I thought आप would want to have it…’ she responded shyly, she knew his mother was a sensitive subject. He smiled sadly, kissed her and wrapped his arms around her again. ‘You are the best.’, he whispered.

After a while they let go of each other. ‘Let’s go to bed…’, she said, her eyelids almost falling down already. ‘Yeah’, he agreed. She walked through the door into the bedroom. He smiled at the sight, it looked kind of funny actually. When आप looked at her from behind she was so small, but then when she turned around आप would see this enormous belly. She was wearing his clothes, they were obviously the only ones which still fitted. And then there was the glow, even though she had just cried her whole body seemed to glow happily. Her body was full of contradictions, but she couldn’t have been और beautiful to him. He walked into the bedroom behind her and closed the door to their baby’s room. He slid into his side of the बिस्तर and wrapped his arms around his girl. ‘I प्यार you, both of you…’, he whispered before trailing off to sleep.
