Huddy LJ? HELP!?!

So, I just got a Live Journal because I प्यार to write and read fanfic. My only problem is that I have no idea how to make templates या where to put the HTML!! I'm pretty good with HTML and I'm not too bad at editing...Can someone please give me some sites या tips that can help me?!
