The Show's Name
The show is named House for several reasons. Reason one is that it is about Doctor House. Reason two is that often, Foreman and Chase have to break into someone's house in order to find some sort of evidence that was left out of the medical history. Reason three is that the episode usually ends in House's house, with him drinking, popping vicodin, or playing his piano.

The 'MD' part of the current title stands for 'Major Dickhead,' which refers to Dr. House's terrible relation with those ridiculous things called patients. The rumors that MD stands for 'Medecinae Doctor' have no basis in reality.

I read the half of it...When it said that Chase was a terrible doctor I lost my interest
I stopped when he said that House wants just to fuck Cuddy and respect Cameron more than"slutty Cuddy" and that Chameron has no chemistry
I couldn't read anymore that crap

Its fake nobody actually thinks that. After about an hour of reading the sight I found out that New Jersey doesn't exist, baseball consists of over 7 billion players per team, hippies are a breed of animal, and that Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry were conjoined twins. The whole website was made just to make fun of people who think that wikipedia is a completely unreliable source.

I love it! It's totally poking holes in the logic we all so willingly accept. xDD
The plot is the same damn thing every episode. I'm not kidding.

Dr. House works at the New Jersey Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital with three other doctors who compose his diagnostic team. Every Tuesday, the House team gets a new patient presenting symptoms, and thus a new disease to diagnose. (If a patient comes in on any other day than Tuesday, he/she/it is promptly turned away.)

Teaser, or Setup
During the setup of an episode, a person is shown experiencing some sort of symptoms, and then an entirely different person collapses right next to him, and usually yells in excruciating agony. The camera then zooms inside of the collapsed person's body and shows something snapping, corroding, or exploding inside of him. Ouch. Then the theme song plays.
