I need your guys' opinion...

So today I flipped out in my science class.
The teacher got mad, and I just argued back.
I shouldn't even be in the class- I should be in the higher level science. I teach the class half the time and the other half I help everyone with their work.
I'm getting fed up with that.
Also my family is having a very hard time right now- my grandma had a stroke and we may lose her soon. The teacher knows this.
Do आप guys think it was right that I almost got a detention for finally getting fed up with everything?
