HELP! how do i save/upload an animated आइकन so that it ACTUALLY PLAYS!?

its in gimp, and works when i click playback, when when i flatten it and save and अपलोड it, it only have the layer picture, and doesnt play.

There has been a lot of discussion about this. I don't think anyone has figured it out yet. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.

yup. and when i पूर्व दर्शन it it plays, then when i अपलोड it here, it doesnt play
