Because someone posted a photo of the Olsen twins...I have always been wondering how they can look so much alike without being identical twins.
At least they claim to be fraternal twins which I find more than hard to believe - but would they lie about that? What would be the advantage?
And if not - (and I'm just sooo sure they must be identical) - how on earth can someone explain that they look so much alike?
I mean, fraternal twins are like normal siblings and while some siblings look indeed very much alike...this is just a bit too much imo O_O
I thought about semi- identical twins for a while...this is when the egg cleaves into two identical attached ova before they then get fertilized by different sperms, which means the children have the same maternal DNA but different paternal DNA. Or something like that, I don't know.
What do you think?
