David Yates is a douchebag, we figured that already. He relies on CGI clusterfucks to make "good" films. Really, he just cuts all the plot and thinks that, by making it look cool, it'll be awesome. This WILL NOT WORK! Maybe he could get away with it in the second part - actually no, he couldn't, he'd probably just cut out the horcruxes all together - but ESPECIALLY in part one, where there's a very limited number of fight scenes and dueling, he'll fuck up and get murdered by all the fans who hate his mangled adaptations.

And just a correction, Hero Fiennes-Tiffin (Ralph Fiennes' nephew) was child Volemort in HBP. The awesomely sexy one in CoS was Chris Coulson and I don't really care about the dipshit they replaced him with in HBP, he was crap.
