how is he dirty and evil? nakatsu and sano both lusted after her, and sano had more decent thoughts than nakatsu.

Nakatsu was decent...he even loves mizuki although he currently doesn't know he is a she. Its honest and true love (even if he questioned his own sexuality for a while).
