Perseus (Περσεύς),[note 1] the legendary founder of Mycenae and of the Perseid डिनेस्टी there, was the first of the mythic हीरोस of Greek mythology whose exploits in defeating various archaic monsters provided the founding myths of the Twelve Olympians. Perseus was the Greek hero who killed Medusa and claimed Andromeda, having rescued her from a sea monster.

Hi guys, since my brother have all of the myths पुस्तकें covering from Norse to Celtic. I would like to write down my favourite Greek myth and the reason why.

1) Hercules (Heracles)

Since watching the डिज़्नी version, I was really appalled द्वारा the original Greek mythology story. His original Greek name was Heracles while Hercules is his Roman name, in the Greek myth, Hera his stepmother was the main antagonist and he was force to do the 12 labours after he killed his wife and children द्वारा accident.

2) Perseus and Medusa

I felt bad Perseus and his mother, ironically he was Heracles' great-grandfather....
