Gods on the side of the Greeks: Athena, Haphaestus, Hera and Poseidon.
Thetis wanted the Greeks to loose the battle until Achilles was properly honored या until he decided to rejoin the battle. Since she requested this, Zeus made sure it happened.

Wasnt Zeus on the side of the Trojans because Helen was his daughter and that he offered a place for her as a Olympian God??
I know that he liked the Trojans alot, probably (or it seemed) और than the greeks and yeh Helen was his daughter. But because of Thetis's request in the end he made sure the Greeks won, so I'm not sure if आप can count him as on the side of the Trojans.
It's also worth saying that Helen of Troy hated Troy lol. She was there against her will (Aphrodite "gave" her to Paris) and wanted the Trojans to loose so she could go home.
-Poseidon was first with the Greek but after a while he became with trojans
-Athena always prefered Greeks Over Other Nations cause they named ther capital after her
-Appolo was with the trojans cause when the greeks landed in the समुद्र तट of troy they looted his temple
-Hera was with the greeks cause she always wanted to destroy the trojans cause they destroyed -before- three of her favourite cities
-hermes was neutral
-Aphrodite was with the trojans cause ther prince Paris chose her as the most beautiful of the gods when Hera and Aphrodite and Athena asked him about it (that's another story)
-Zeus was pretending to be with the trojans cause Thetys -the mother of Achilles- asked him to avenge her son when agamemnon took his prise but in the end he will give the glory to the greeks cause before the war started he promiced the greeks to open the gates of troy for them
-Athena and Hera were for the Greeks b/c Paris didn't choose them to get the apple
-Zeus favored Greeks b/c Paris broke code of hospitality द्वारा taking Helen from Menelaus
-Aphrodite favored Trojans b/c her lovebirds Helen and Paris were there, and Paris picked her to receive the golden apple
-Ares didn't take sides; as long as this was a war, he was there, same with Hades
-Poseidon was for the Greeks, b/c he got his sea serpent to eat Laocoon (Trojan) b/c he was going to mess up the Greeks' Trojan horse plan
-Apollo was for the Trojans, guided the ऐरो Paris loosed to kill Achilles because the Greeks showed no respect for the Apollo priest, father of Briseis
-I'm pretty sure Hermes was for the Trojans, too, but that's just a hunch
-Obviously Thetis is for the Greeks, but she doesn't really count
