Chuck gave Serena at 2x24?
He told her to give it to Blair but i didn't see anything. Am i missing something या do आप know something else?

It was to the Penthouse at the Plaza it's what Blair always planned in her scrapbook and Chuck wanted it to be perfect for her so he gave it to Serena to give to Blair and Nate but B and N broke up so I don't think Serena gave it to her. या maybe she did.
