I saw Artie and approached him. "Hey."

No response.

"Hey", I repeat.

Still nothing. He turned the corner and went into the auditorium.

"Great conversation! See आप later", I called after him. Though he probably didn't hear me.

-at Lunch-
I sat my usual table, with Artie, Finn, and Rachel, but the only who was there was Finn. "Hey Finn."

"Hey."

"Where's Artie and Berry?"

"You mean Rachel."

"Yeah."

"They're rehearsing for West Side Story."

"Oh." I started thinking of something else to talk about. "So, election दिन is coming. Who are आप voting for?"

I saw Brittany talking to someone. A guy I haven't seen around school. He was wearing a green sweatshirt. As Brittany walked away, after giving him a किस on the cheek, I saw a jock push him up against the lockers. I walked over to him. "You okay?"

He fixed his स्वेट-शर्ट, स्वेटरशर्ट, sweatshirt and nodded.

"Are आप new here?"

He nodded again. "I'm Rory", he कहा in a heavy Irish accent.

"I'm Sol." We shook hands. "You're a foreign exchange student. Ireland?"

"Yes."

"So, Brittany's your girlfriend?"

He shakes his head. "I live with her, though I want her to be my girlfriend."
