Have Quinn and Puck officially dated?

It may seem like the dumbest thing to ask, but I honestly don't know. I asked people on the Wiki and just got confused. The Wiki says they dated from Hell-O until before Audition, but that doesn't make sense. Someone told me that there was a deleted scene in Hell-O where one of them कहा they were dating.
