Mission to Mars 2000. / Gary Sinise born 1955./ age ... 45 (WAF!?)
No, and let’s not exaggerate. I doubt he will turn to some vain SF script. He can have और quality role, but I can have my fantasy, right? Also, because this is a man at his 50’s, I do not think it is possible, but he is remarkably fitted for any role, including SF action, so there can be a surprise.

The thing is that I had this idea sometime this morning, but it was a balloon-head flash and daydreaming. I do not think that the audience could relate well with the new character in comparison with Mac from CSI. It is true that mostly SF roles are preferable option for younger actors, but I do not think it is an undeniable rule. If someone can bypass it, I think it can be Gary. I never saw an actor who did a अंतरिक्ष flight at 50’s. I do not think that anybody has done that.

Besides good condition, he looks much better than most of his peer actors, plus/minus 10 years of age difference. I think that अगला season of CSI: NY will prove that he still solidly holds his age. Ladies should prepare jaw mainstays, at least as a safety option. Some हाल का pictures from shoots are an undeniable proof.

Back to SF.

Both Impostor and Mission to Mars is और या less dead-end movies. The end is solid; possibility of the sequel is thin. Anorexic in the matter of speaking. I do not think I would enjoy some सेकंड level sequel where they make him a clone या worse. I would enjoy it for superficial reasons, but it would not hold any quality या value.

In Impostor, his character is terminated द्वारा the explosion and in Mission to Mars he went to another galaxy, so I doubt he will come back. Will he? There is a bigger chance for Mission sequel than Impostor.

The character seriousness is another reason why I consider Mission और appropriate for a possible sequel although I would personally enjoy और the Imposter 2. Impostor is a movie which starts with “happy” Gary, and in Mission, he is particularly serious. The few last years he is अभिनय the role of very-very positive and upright Mac detective. Let's consider positivity as another leading factor for possible SF movie.

In Mission to Mars, he is conceptually 100% positive character, the explorer, no dramatic twist in his behavior. His character was always a leader, so there is no surprise when Jim takes command of the entire mission. In Imposter, there is a twist and surprise. Also, the leading role is semi-negative. At the end, we see that he is an alien and the threat. I do not need to be an expert to see that role is unfit for him.

I will rather vote for complete villain than semi-negative character. At least it is credible and assures it will have a bombastic end. People would प्यार to see that.

Another thing: I believe there was an immense overuse of make up in Mission, so, please no और false eye liners and coloration. Gary has a neat chromatic morphing and refined shape of the eyes without obvious lining.

I can insert drooling sign] here, but someone has told it does not fit into academic standards.

That is another win for Imposter group. They made a decent job, but they totally fail in skewed video factor. It is appealing to see leaner Gary, but in some scenes, the whole scene looks distorted and unrealistic. This is a win for Mission group. Probably they decided to keep picture parameters intact without fake reference to golden cut. I consider that proportional rule to be complete BS.

Conclusion: I think somebody could get one convenient thing to bring Jim McConnell back, but without Brian De Palma. I believe that De Palma prefer original scripts. The sequel is not a worthy challenge, या he is afraid to outmatch himself.
