Here are some ways we could see one dead character again...
Obviously there are tons of spoilers in here for Game of Thrones. Specifically the end of Season 5.
Almost immediately following the gut-wrenching, soul-collapsing final scene of Game of Thrones\' Season 5 finale, fan theory on the interwebz went into overdrive. HE couldn\'t be dead. It couldn\'t end like this. Not for HIM.
Game of Thrones: What We Know About Season 6
Of course, we\'re talking about Jon Snow. The Winterfell bastard who, after four seasons of mucking about with wildlings, had morphed into a true hero who viewers could get behind, invest in, and support. Constantly flying in the face of stubborn, ignorant authority, just about every move Jon had made turned out to be the correct one. And his acumen and honor won him the title of Lord Commander of the Night\'s Watch.
So why are fans so unwilling to buy that Jon\'s gone? After all, many people have been mercilessly axed off this show without viewers instantly clamoring for their resurrection. Perhaps it\'s because it felt like Jon\'s story had just begun - That he was just getting started and there was so much more out there for him. Even the stare down he had with the Night\'s King in "Hardhome" hinted - nay! - insisted that the two would meet up again in the future. Suffice it to say, Jon\'s tale was filled with "unfinished business."
Now we\'re not arguing that Jon isn\'t somehow dead, we\'re just pretty sure we\'ll
Will it happen the way we want it to? Not necessarily, but star Kit Harington was spotted flying out to Belfast, where the show films, during production - presumably to shoot something for the show. Despite him saying that he wasn\'t appearing in Season 6. Was he flat out lying? Was he filming scenes for Season 7 way ahead of time?
As we ponder all of that, here are 6 ways Jon Snow may once again return to us...
Look, Charles Dance came back to Season 5 just to shoot scenes of Tywin as a noble corpse with stones on his eyes. Not that Jon\'s body is due that much ceremony, but it\'s possibly that Harington only flew back out to shoot a few moments as Jon Snow\'s sad, lifeless corpse. Perhaps while all his Night\'s Watch
He\'s an Undead Minion of the Frozen Hell Lord
Piggybacking off the whole dead, rotting body thing - some fans think Jon may return as a wight. One of those blue-eyed zombies under the control of the White Walkers. A scenario
as him just being stone dead and still. Though there are a few out there who believe that, in becoming a wight, Jon may receive a promotion within their icy, evil ranks (he\'s rather good at upward mobility). Maybe even becoming the new Night\'s King.
Early in Season 3, Catelyn, though not killed off on the series yet, came to visit Bran via one of his elaborate dreamscapes - where she was just as disapproving of his behavior as she was in real life. Give it a rest, dream Cat.
Anyhow, Bran (or another Stark kid, since they all share the same supernatural bloodline) could have a dream about Jon Snow. Something prophetic and poignant. Something well crafted and heartfelt that\'ll make us all go "Wait,
Three more ways we could see Jon Snow (and perhaps his lovely hair) again on Page 2...
