I think you've mistaken this club. It's for the TV series called Friends, not for making फ्रेंड्स on this website.

As for making friends/getting people to प्रशंसक आप - add good contributions, that might make people प्रशंसक you. प्रशंसक people, and some might प्रशंसक back, especially if you've क्लब्स in common.

Try going to the बिना सोचे समझे spot. You'll probably find और people responding there. Since this is not an actual फ्रेंड्स spot only for the tv show.
