Here are different recipes from around the world!

AVOCADO TORTILLAS: A snack filled with the viva of MEXICO! It serves a great jump-off point to many other tortilla goodies.

Ingredients:
1 Avocado, peeled, stone removed and mashed.
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
रस from half a lemon
2 medium potatoes, seeded and chopped
3 tortillas
cottage या grated cheese (optional)

STEPS:

1. Chop the onions, garlic, and tomatoes.
2. In a bowl, mix chopped onions, garlic, and mashed avocado until well-blended. Add नींबू रस and mix well. Set aside.
3. Heat your tortillas in the टोअस्टर, टोस्टर oven. Do it one at a time, covering each with aluminum foil. Set टोअस्टर, टोस्टर ओवन for 3 minutes.
4. Lay out tortilla on a plate. Spread avocado mixture and चोटी, शीर्ष with chopped cheese if आप wish. Then roll up and take a bite. Delicioso!

MANGO-TOFU PUDDING:This is a super-quick, easy, and healthy cool Chinese treat! All आप need is a blender and a refrigerator to create this creamy dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
300 grams silken tofu
1 large mango, flesh chopped into cubes
sugar, to taste

1. In a blender, pulse tofu, sugar and half of the chopped आम, मैंगो cubes. Blend until smooth.
2. Spoon a mixture into little मिठाई cups या glasses and chill in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
3. चोटी, शीर्ष with leftover आम, मैंगो cubes and serve cold.
