"Hi Emma." Private replied distantly, glancing at her, then walking over to the Tv. Emma's smile slipped off her face, and she looked at the floor.

"Ok, thanks Kowalski." Emma whispered, hugging him. They both blushed a little, and pulled away reluctantly. Emma couldn't help think about how warm and soft his feathers were.
"Hey, Criminal Minds is on in a few minutes." Kowalski reminded her cheerfully, as he looked up at the clock. Emma beamed at this, and walked over to the others, Kowalski closely behind her.
