If fetishes should be "banned" just because it's a "fetish" then ALL general PG romance should be banned.
Moderation is key. If someone want to express their own sexual identity in a moderate PG way like romance for example, then that should be allowed. Plain and simple.

Of course there is the rules but I've seen a lot of general romance possibly allowed. I don't think a "fetish" should itself be sexual explicit content unless it contains sexual parts. I guess the rules also apply to slightly nudity but isn't full nude as I believe Fanpop has deleted some pictures of that.

I think Fanpop should make a clear definition of it on what they think it is, but I hope they don't do it in a way that's discrimination.

I'm not saying it should be banned, I'm just asking what personal opinions on it are. :P I also don't think that it should be banned unless it's very explicit.

However I am getting a bit annoyed with it. Over on random we have three different users doing this; one who likes being spanked and likes posting pics of anime girls getting spanked, one who likes armpits and butt cracks, and a brony.
And the thing is they have no moderation; those topics are literally the only things they seem to talk about.

I'm not sure what you mean by "brony". Being a fan of the ponies is not itself a fetish, even if the reason of being a fan was because the person found a pony attractive. :P Sorry if that's not what you meant. Haha

By brony I mean to specify that he or she is into the 'clomper' part of the fandom; like drawing the ponies with big butts and such. This person basically srxualizes the ponies. On principal I don't really care; they can do what they like. It's just annoying to have it waved in everyone's faces all the time lol.

Well it wouldn't be right to say that a "clopper" person should limit how much ponies the person likes, I find that a bit more discriminating. But if you mean showing the sexual stuff of them too much, then ah I guess I see. Though butt stuff like that is probably already banned. XD So like if you are fine with that type of fan just showing the usual non-sexual stuff then ah alright.

Basically what I'm saying is that there's a time and a place and fanpop isn't it. This site isn't for kinks/porn. There are kids aged 13 (and sometimes younger on here) and they don't need to see that.

I guess I get it, at least when it's constant. Perhaps there should be a spam rule for that if there isn't, including what is considered "normal". Sometimes I see a poll on the Alpha and Omega fan club asking who's butt is sexy. That could be a bit too far since it is a ... butt. But the "who is attractive" post feels far more better in moderation terms to me.

I only have a problem wit the people themselves when they always bring that kind of art up even when people ask them to stop posting it. Other than that I don't mind them doing what they do. People can like what they like, it's none of my business. As for the butts thing; I remember the mods saying that they ban it because people won't advertise on the site of there is nudity; so they lose money if they don't take it down. That and the images that have been posted are very sexual in nature between the dialog in them and the actually spanking. It's just kinda odd. Yeah, the person who made the butt poll on Alpha Omega is one of the people I have in mind. This person pretty much only goes on fanpop to ask that kind of stuff. That said, as you mentioned, even if it is conventional mature content I get annoyed with it. It doesn't even have to be the odd kinks. If someone is constantly posting 'normal' sexual content that can be annoying too. Like you said it's about moderation and consideration.
Don't do it too much and don't pull people into it who don't want to be involved.

Mixed feelings.

Mostly because it depends on 2 things: How often and where they post it. Take me for example: The content I'm known for sometimes relates to my Schediaphilia. My love for Nick isn't THAT intense, but I do understand how it can be annoying to constantly bring him up. It's not healthy for me
to go to such an extreme, no matter how strong my Schediaphilia is. Fortunately, Nick Wilde isn't the only thing on my mind. I like outer space, Japanese mythology, the Japanese language, astral projection, InFamous, Sonic, Unikitty, Zootopia (the actual movie, not just Nick)

I like having a variety of different things to talk about, because interests can loose it's spark at some point.

But for Crazed, there's no real connection. I think he may be just so far into his kinks that he may not realize he's going overboard. Either that, or he knows exactly what he's doing and continues to post them anyway. I'm just wondering how he hasn't gotten banned yet.

In a club for that specific fetish (if it exists/is allowed by Fanpop) then it'd be OK. It'd make sense there, really. In other clubs I guess it depends on how much they go on about it or contribute regarding it, and how explicitly they talk about it. For example, if they just posted a poll in a couple/shipping club asking if people thought that couple would be into a particular fetish, that'd be OK. If they went on and on about it, it could get annoying.
