I swear to whatever higher power आप believe in that I am going to injure someone with all the shoddy spelling going around. Yes abbreviations are easier (in a sense) but it looks like a 5 साल old wrote it and a lot of people don't understand it. So lets first go over some abbreviations that we should cut out of our vocabulary here at फैन्पॉप when आप post content...
u = you
r = are
srs = serious
2 = to या too (using it as "two" is fine)
plz = please
If आप actually take that .5 of a सेकंड to type the whole word people will look at your content, टिप्पणी दे and such a lot और and with nicer टिप्पणियाँ other than "WHAT?" and "I CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOU".
- If there is a word आप do not know the correct spelling to either गूगल it and गूगल will hopefully give आप the correct spelling, go to link या crack open Word and type it in.
- Typing with कैप्स lock on is seen as disrespectful and also messy. Use shift for capital letters, much easier.
- Multiple सवाल marks are irritating, आप may think it gets your emphasis across but most of the time it just looks like spam.
Sure a lot of आप are younger and adapting to the e-slang and such and getting lazy but please if आप want to put time in submitting something actually type properly, this is not a chat room, this is a community that other people access and would like to understand what आप are on about when asking या talking about something.
There was so much और I wanted to say but I'll leave it at that. None of this should be seen as bossy या strict, it is और common courtesy to the members of Fanpop.
