Internet Explorer keeps दिखा रहा है फैन्पॉप like this with Japanese.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that the default language of your internet explorer is the one that आप are seeing. And because now फैन्पॉप is available in multiple languages maybe your I.E. select the one of your IP address.

आप should only select the language आप want to use on फैन्पॉप selecting it from the सूची at the bottom of the page, that should resolve your problem :)

Down at the site of फैन्पॉप आप can find the languages and then change back to the language आप want to. (BTW आप got it in Arabic language, not Japanese :)
