Does anyone know hot to reply on a मंच on Fanpop?. Cause it is not letting me at all.

I have been trying and trying. But nothing seems to be working on फैन्पॉप for me. I can't reply on a मंच and I can't even uploads चित्रो images. I can do anything elses though. It even lets me अपलोड pictures here. Does anyone know how to fix this problem on Fanpop?> And if आप don't like the picture than don't say anything about it. I लॉस्ट a bet and got dared to post it and create this फैन्पॉप profile. Wich I don't care for anymore. but what can I do when I लॉस्ट a bet with a friend.
