people have to give them to you. there are contests on मंचों that आप can earn them from, या some people will give them to आप if आप प्रशंसक them

personally i find them useless, which is why i don't have any या give out any

आप get फ्रेंड्स on fanpop, या people who like your comments, polls, या something else. They can give आप प्रॉप्स on your profile.
