Why did the band almost break up? (Or are they really broken up?)

Hello, the band didn't break up, in fact, एवनेसेन्स performed in NYC and Brazil in November 2009. Amy is working with Terry and Tim on new material, आप can find a video of them recording in the studio on Twitpic, also आप can follow the band and get all the अपडेट्स for the album on Twitter.

एवनेसेन्स is intending to release an album in 2010, a new album, so they haven't broken up. Sure, there's been a lot of band members leaving, but एवनेसेन्स is still functioning.

Before the release of "Fallen", David Hodges left Evanescence. He was the keyboardist and back up/duet person on "Origin" and in track 4 "Origin" and "Fallen" version of "My Immortal."

In October 2003 Ben Moody left the band in the middle of their European tour. He was repleaced द्वारा Terry Balsamo.
