I need an honest,mature person's advise please

How do I stop myself from commiting suicide? When आप feel like आप have nothing left,That everyone has taken what is yours? Please

It was and still is my crutch and is honestly the only thing in my whole life that has NEVER let me down. Whatever it is, hold on to it with an iron grip and pull yourself out of despair with it.
