A guy called me a Messed Up ईमो =(

Should I be offended that when I asked out a guy that I liked he called me a Messed Up Emo??? I really liked this guy and wish he just accepted me as I am. :( Oh well i guess.

if he cant take आप for who आप are then he s not worth it hun youl find somone better, just egnore them people who call u all that stuff there not worth it

Yeah thanks. I forgot to mention though that this guy is my brothers friend, and if i talked to him my brother would get mad at me. My brother already dosn't like me, because like his friend, he does not like emos and just thinks they are depressed people who dress in black and cut themselves. He thinks i cut myself and cover the scars which i don't, although i have hit myself with a metal pole once and left a preety bad bruise, but i was just being really stupid that day.
