Been looking for 20 years for this French film

No idea of the actors या शीर्षक but I know the entire story.

First scene... an old man is taking a terrified young girl on a helicopter ride and scares her. She's a nurse and is his lover. She gets revenge द्वारा giving him the wring diagnosis for his cancer treatment.
