The first episode of 'House MD' that I ever saw was 'Who's Your Daddy?' in which Wilson is talking to House about getting the DNA test and Wilson says "So either you lied or he has pictures of you… being nice?" I LOVE that line!

I also love "Its hard to imagine such a mythical creature." and the "limping twerp" rant, AND when Wilson is on speed and talking to Foreman and says "symbolicating" and then he says "thats a hard word."

And I pretty much love any House/Wilson conversation.

OH I just remembered another one that makes me cry laughing whenever I see it - When House is trying to figure out who Wilson's girlfriend is and House, Wilson and Foreman are in the elevator and House lists people that it could be and then Wilson says:
