	harold picked Yes: We're talking about the new series, right? In the original, he did run into other Time Lords (as well as other time travellers), not all the time, but on occasion: the Time Meddler, the Rani, Borusa, the entire population of Gallifrey (for the adventures that took place there). But in the new series, I think the assumption that Russell T. Davies is working with is that the Time Wars actually wiped the existence of the Time Lords and the Daleks from ALL OF TIME. The Doctor keeps talking about how he "can't interfere with his own personal timeline" and the like. That works, except that so many people seem to remember both the Time Lords and the Daleks (and of course the Daleks - which should have been exterminated - are teeming across the galaxy still...or in Earth's vicinity, anyway), which kind of breaks that conceit. I think mostly Davies doesn't want to deal with the issue, so he's ignored it, or fluffed over it. posted एक साल से अधिक पुराना.

	blackstalfos picked No: He mentioned once that interacting with the Time Lords past might create a paradox like Rose did when she saved her father. A paradox that size would do a lot more than wipe out earth. The Cult of Skaro escaped the war like he did, their survivors, not figures from the past. Even if it means interfering with time. My heart wouldn't let me. He has two hearts so it's twice as hard for him. So, No!!! He can't meet any other timelords, at least the ones he liked or loved.
