Ok so rose was first and if you do ur homwork rose was the reason the doctor when he regenerated he got younger/cuter is because when he regenerated he was thinking of love of what rose wanted so that no one would say he was to old for rose tyler again :-)isn't he a sweetie;-)

I think Donna did, definietly. After Rose left, he was lost and angry. He'd leave people to die and think of killing people. If Donna didn't snap him out of him and tell him to just leave, he'd be dead. The whole world would be over if it wasn't for her. Donna made him think clearly.
