Awww Oh, Snap! Quiz Retro Silly Whoa Yum

Have you noticed that there seem to be more silly holidays celebrated each year? There’s Talk Like A Pirate Day, National Donut Day, National French Fries Day … and that’s just the beginning. We do our best to celebrate each accordingly, no matter how goofy they may seem. We feel it’s our duty. This made us think: if Disney characters could create their own holidays, what might they be? Here’s a short list of our interpretations:

In the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life, we often forget the value of sharing critical literary analysis with domesticated animals. Belle hasn’t forgotten, and would encourage us all to share all what we’ve learned with the local flock.

National Hakuna Matata day would be the chillest day around. This crucial holiday would be full of activities, including lazing, lounging, swinging on vines, napping, eating, singing, and maybe some dancing (in between naps).

A National Honey Bee day exists. However, a National Honey Day does not—We know at least one chubby little cubby that would vote yes.

There are a lot of things to love about Aladdin, but his impeccable eyebrow game is pretty close to the top of the list. As a royal, Jasmine could, nay, should, declare a national holiday to appreciate those fine, expressive brows.

Rapunzel is a pro when it comes to sewing. Unfortunately, for Pascal this means playing dress-up in her creations. Fortunately, we benefit from it because he looks so adorable. Can you imagine what your pet would look like if you were to dress it in a mini-version of one of your outfits?

It’s delicious but so many of us have never gotten to try it. This holiday would change that forever by marking one day our of the year for us to pause, come together, and eat grey food.

Taking your own advice could lead to all sorts of adventures. And most of the time you’re the advice you’re telling yourself (and ignoring) is probably right. On this day it would be illegal not to listen.

A great way to bond with your pet is through music. We would not, however, recommend using your pet as a record player.

“It’s a dinglehopper. Humans use these little babies to straighten their hair out. See? Just a little twirl here and a yank there and voila. You’ve got an aesthetically pleasing configuration of hair that humans go nuts over.” (Would be recited by all at 9 a.m. on this day.)

, Captain Barbossa says “Me holds are burstin’ with swag. That bit of shine matters to us? Why?” Answer: because swag is cool. This day would be the perfect day to pack your ship to the brim with goods and traverse the seas—or to listen to your favorite rap song and walk around making everyone jealous.

When you’re the king of Halloween Town, you’re expected to celebrate Halloween every day. It’s good to know if you ever grow tired of the spooky holiday and fancy trying a different one, seven additional choices are waiting for you in the woods nearby. In that spirit, this day would be about celebrating your favorite existing holiday. Christmas in July? Why not?
