I think the original 3 were fine just like they are. In Sleeping Beauty the scene where Phillip was fighting Maleficent is really cool, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs when the dwarfs kill the queen is good, and Cinderella is the only one I think can use a little bit more action but I prefer it how it is already.
