I remember watching a clip of the premier of The Princess and The Frog and a reporter asked Michael Leon Wooley if girl will have a problem accepting Tiana because she was black, that was some stupid ignorant question, i don't like those kinds of people.

it bothers me that they're only ever going to do it for nonwhite characters. I'd love to have some anti-white racism addressed, for once, but as long as society stays politically correct that's never going to happen.

I think it was good for Pocahontas but in PATF it sounded more like classism to me. Disney was so PC so acted terrified to show some realistic racism in the 20s, which makes no sense considering they had no problem doing it in the 90s.

Well, it makes me interested in how they will handle their problem. I don't like it for "showing how they suffered" but showing how they manage. I don't want the ENTIRE movie to be about that though. I also want to see it with other cultures like AudreyFreak was saying anti-white racism.

Disney could solve the race issue debacle, by simply providing more ethnic diversity in their chosen princesses. I'm saying that they have 9 white and only 4 of a different ethnicity. Anti-white racism is a concept that has arisen primarily BECAUSE most of the Disney princesses have been white. If Disney changed it up a bit, they would draw less fire from anti-white racists.
