Ariel: Maybe he [Triton] is right. Maybe there is something the matter with me.

Shes especially insecure as a human. I would say Jasmine or Merida are the most confident.

I think so because she never really restrains herself from doing anything, while all the others have their moments. I never really thought about how confident all the DPs are but Ariel is definitely one of the most confident.

Audreyfreak; that's because there is a more confident
Disney Princess, and Ariel is more Insecure than Confident!

Even Ariel has her moments of insecurity. Ariel is one of the most confident, but she isn't the only confident princess. I'd say Poca, Jas, Mulan, Merida, and Ariel all trend toward being confident, and this group is the most risk-taking out of all of the DPs.

Moana, Rapunzel, Snow, Aurora, and Cinderella fall somewhere behind the risk-taking category. They only take risks once in a while, and are less confident in uncomfortable situations.

Belle and Tia are the least confident official princesses (in my opinion, aside from the non-official Elsa who takes the cake for having an anxiety/panic disorder), because both are homebodies, and both flip-out ( have mini-crises) when exposed to circumstances that are genuinely not in their normal sphere of influence.
