Mulan is actually quite lazy XD On a daily basis Tiana is by far the more hard-working one.

She came so far in such little time. She went from clumsy, to warrior in like a month or 2. How is that not hard working? Both are very hardworking but Mulan more so. Tiana sacrifices more time, but Mulan sacrifices her life and tries really hard to stay in the war.

I agree with both of you guys but mulan did it, not cause she wanted to, but because she didn't want her father to get hurt, Tiana worked most her life cause she wanted to make her daddy's dream come true!!! She also had the same dream as her dad and made it came true

By far?... Not to undermine Mulan, but although she worked hard in the war training, she is quite lazy and a procrastinator (like me). Tiana worked hard and patiently for several years of her life.

I don't see how Mulan is hardworking. Yes, she saved China, but that doesn't necessarily mean she's a hard worker.

But saving China does kind of mean she worked hard for it lol. Anyway, Mulan is naturally unmotivated and lazy but she persevered in the army and became just as hardworking as Tiana IMO. Tiana is a more well read character because the movie constantly talks about how hardworking she is. Mulan and the movie's messages are more subtle, it doesn't mean she is not hardworking. Sorry, I look so biased right now but that's honestly how I feel.
