For a girl that's super clumsy and awkward, Anna sure dances gracefully, weaves between crowds of people (servants and ball guests) skillfully, and twirls and leaps without a hitch. Heck, I danced through high school and junior college, and Anna pulls off some athletic and dance feats that even I still can't pull off. I think Mulan's clumsiness is more pronounced because a) the narrative doesn't draw so much attention to it, b) it has real in-story consequences because she lives in a society where women are expected to be graceful and poised to have any value as a wife, which gets her publicly shamed by the Matchmaker, and c) it's a flaw she has to overcome to prove her worth and make her family proud.
