VANESSA? YOU'VE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME? Ariel would take her DOWN! Vanessa has no magic and was taken down by sea creatures, imagine what a human girl would do to her, especially after trying to steal her man. If they had time for a fight scene between Ariel and Vanessa, Ariel would win for sure! I know this is opinion based but open your eyes people!

My eyes are open. And I don't see Ariel with sharp little pins in her hair that she could gouge someone's eyes out with. And Ariel has more morals, anyway, Vanessa would be like ruthless.

LITTLE PINS? How many fights are there where someone wins with just little pins? Besides, you try to steal someones true love and ruin their happily ever after they'll go a lot crazier than someone who uses bobby pins as weapons. Ariel would grab them the shove them through her eyes. She'd even do what Ariel from Once Upon A Time did, grab a fork and shove it through her neck! When you mess with something and someone important to someone they get to be ruthless, despite their morals.

Vanessa could stab a wooden/metal ornament straight through just by throwing those pins from a distance, she could do the same to Ariel and blind her or worse.

Also, I'm taking into account their physical strength, morality and how armed they are, I'm not assuming that these fights take place after the movie ended. Because Ursula would be dead if it did. And I haven't gotten to Ariel in OUaT yet, and even if I had those are two different characters.

Ariel would be just as capable to do all those and worse and she's got the whole anger for messing with her happy ending so I doubt her morals will mean anything to her after what she did.

But it isn't specified that this takes place after TLM. In fact, it technically couldn't because Ursula/Vanessa would be dead, so I just am taking into account nothing but their strength and weapons and such, and not thinking about how Vanessa was 'messing with her happy ending'.

Despite her true form if you look at Vanessa she's just as skinny as Ariel so she's clearly not physically stronger than Ariel, that's where they're both matched. Besides, it's Disney and the good always wins.

Okay, now I think you're running out of arguments. Did I ever say Vanessa was stronger than Ariel? No. The tipping point in Vanessa's favor is that she can spear a wooden ornament from a distance using a hairpin. That would kill or at least blind Ariel. And I think it's not a good argument to say that Ariel could beat her just because 'good always wins'. We're talking hypotheticals here.

Vanessa has the ruthlessness and cleverness to win. Did you see how she threw her hair pin so hard it pushed the mirror back? She'll go for blood. She's strike quick and hard and Ariel will go down before she even knows what hit her.

Yes, because many battles have been won with bobby pins. I mean Ariel just has the experience, Vanessa has a bobby pin!
