All of the movies are fine, it's just PatF. The love is totally rushed.

Even the audience at the time didn't like it, mainly for that reason I believe.

The character designs brought Aladdin immediately to my mind. Then PATF.

Based on the time invested in the movie, it would be Beauty and the Beast. Pocahontas looks lazy, but Disney actually invested a lot of time in the movie...they tried to hard, I guess.While I don't like the design of Aladdin, it was a deliberatly choice.
None of the Disney movies really fits the bill, but I guess, Mulan is the movie which feels the most like someone pulled the plug at one point and the animators struggled to put it together somehow. It would be so much better if there hade been the money to pay attention to some of the details.
@LatinoLollipops Seriously, that's getting riddiculous...a movie which needed 9 years to made and was so expensive that Disney had to lay off a lot of staff is everything BUT rushed and lazy.

Rushed, definitely not lazy. After Aurora and Philip's first meeting it looks rushed to me.

Just based on the pacing of the plot; it's too fast. I think the movie could have been a whole 15 minutes longer

I'm thinking about animation mainy. Definetely none of the classic ones.

There are too many plot holes in this one...

I didn't pick PATF because I didn't see the movie all the way through. I agree with LatinoLollipops, it just seems too much of a movie that just wanted to get to the point and leave the base of the movie very empty. the movie lacked excitement and was just meant to get to the point. The climax is full of action and the middle is just blank. That is just proving that they didn't care to put any conflict into the middle but rather to focus too much on the climax, songs, and animation. A totally rushed movie. Yeah, they did take nine years making it. So what? More like nine years to create the ending and fall asleep on the middle.

Actually...no....it was more the other way around...they more or less blew the budget for the whole movie just to make the scene in the woods perfect. Not saying that the pacing isn't slightly off, it is, but nothing about this movie is lazie...it's part of the problems, they focussed so much on the details that they kind of forgot the big picture. And that's the opposite of "rushed" and "lazy".

What I mean is, the plot and scenes are just rushed and not payed attention to. They did put a ton of work into the other stuff, but they completely rushed the plot.
