To use them in my article, not much have been said about the top 3. It doesn't have to be long, just needs to make sense on why you love that character. The top 3 are Mulan, Shang and Mushu.

Mulan is awesome. Despite her insecurities she saved her father's life and saves China. She is also very smart and funny which makes her relatable

Mulan is awesome, I love her bravery, courage and dignity.
Shang is hot ;) but also a good person, teacher and warrior
Mushu is funny, and his character development is really good

Mulan and Shang are tied to me, both are brave and loyal and care their family really much. And Mulan is smart of course, while Shang isn't stupid either and he is really hot. I love Mushu too very much, his changing during movie, he is funny and actually deserves his own sidekick :)

Mulan: Brave, loyal, funny, and a kick butt hero! I love her, she is an amazing role model. She is definitely a realistic character that everyone can relate to!
Shang: He may seem uptight but he's really a good guy and an amazing warrior who just wants to get down to business!
Mushu: BEST SIDEKICK EVER! He never fails to make me laugh, and learns that he was wrong for helping Mulan for his own selfish desires. A loyal, funny friend.

Mulan: She is so brave and loyal, and I love how selfless she is and how much she gives up for the people she loves. She is a much more multi-layered character than anyone gives her credit for, I appreciate her character more every time I watch her movie. And she is such a strong role model.
Shang: I love the development of his character. I love how he starts out with being captain kind of going to his head, but in the end you see he's a really selfless guy with a great heart. He's a really strong leader, and I love his character development.
