IF she actually joins

begrudgingly, yes. i don't/wouldn't want her part of the lineup but if she officially becomes part of the lineup then yes i'll see her as a 'Princess'

I wouldn't think of her as a TRUE DP because she just isn't one to me. Nothing about her says Princess. Her coronation is in July so everyone get ready to welcome her!

You can't argue that a princess is a member of the lineup, if she joins she will be part of the lineup and a DP and that's that.

Official is official. If Disney says she's a part of the line-up, she is. People who say she wont ever be a true DP to them are kidding themselves. Didn't everyone say that about Rapunzel because she was CGI? Change is good...

merida is a princess, yes, but not one of that kind, that shouldn´t be in the lineup..
do you really want to see pink and glitter all over her? the instant-princess-smile without any own personality? (also cant wait for the first pink bows you can buy then... if the arrows will have little hearts on them? awww.... *rolleye*)

those are my reasons to hate that idea XD if i could, i would remove pocahontas and mulan any second Xd poor poca has the same serious, not fitting, face for almost a decade now..

Its the stupidest thing I've ever heard about her being CGI, so that's NOT why I dont consider her. Obviously, if Disney makes her one she's in the line up, she's a princess, its done. But Rapunzel is my favorite and nothing bothers me more than people being idiots about the CGI thing. I just think Merida is Pixar, no prince no singing, she doesn't fit the bill.

I also think that right now, 10 is a perfect number of DP's. Disney is continuing to add more with Merida and possibly Anna. I just already think that some princesses get forgotten about like Mulan and Poca, and they're getting drowned out. I just think enough is enough, there's a point where it should stop. They can make princess movies but the official line-up should stop getting added to.

She is of Pixar, not of Disney, I always think of her like a Pixar Princesss or something like that.

I agree with LaSalvatore. She is a Pixar creation. Disney is just using her as a way of getting more money for themselves, and only some of that money will actually go to Pixar, due to royalties.
